Lost the key to your zugo bikes? No worries, just check the number on your battery lock and send your key number to Anna: service001@ebikerepairfactory.com. A key set specific to your zugo rhino will be made just for you. A replacement key order comes with two keys. 

Note that custom ordering a replacement key for your ebike will take 15-30 days to receive at BKRE from our factory in Asia.
