How long does shipping take? When will my order be dispatched?

The total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days (business days only), which includes:

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in these timeframes.

What if the package is broken/missing?

Due to the courier (FedEx/UPS) failing to deliver the bike as required during transport, some wear and scratches may be caused by parts colliding—despite our best efforts to package all parts to prevent such issues. Please send relevant photos to service002@ebikerepairfactory.com, and we will resolve this matter for you.

Can I return my order for personal reasons?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unboxed or unused, include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and be in its original packaging.
