At ebikerepairfactory.com ("BKRE"), we sell high-quality parts and accessories for e-bikes. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except for defective products.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return or a replacement. A product is considered defective if:
It does not match the description or specifications on our website
It does not function properly or as intended
It is damaged during shipping or delivery
To request a return or a replacement for a defective product, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, and a photo or video of the defect. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
If we approve your return request, we will determine the cause of the problem and inform you by email. The decision to assign the responsibility for the problem lies with BKRE, and we reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our criteria. If we find that the problem is caused by BKRE, such as a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. If we find that the problem is caused by the customer, such as a change of mind or an incorrect order, the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer. You must ship the product within 3 days of receiving our email. You must also pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
Refunds or Replacements
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of our decision. The decision to refund or send a replacement product lies with BKRE, and we reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our criteria. If your return is accepted, we will either issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement product, depending on product availability and the condition of the returned product. We may deduct a restocking fee from your refund if we find missing parts or damage caused by the user on the products. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund or replacement to be processed.
