Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before we ship it or produce it. To cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible by email, phone, or live chat. If we confirm your cancellation request, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. However, if we have already shipped your order, we cannot cancel it and you will have to follow our return policy.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and EU. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-9 days. Custom product shipping times depend on the products.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except for defective products.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return or a replacement. A product is considered defective if:

  • It does not match the description or specifications on our website
  • It does not function properly or as intended
  • It is damaged during shipping or delivery

To request a return or a replacement for a defective product, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, and a photo or video of the defect. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Return Shipping

If we approve your return request, we will determine the cause of the problem and inform you by email. The decision to assign the responsibility for the problem lies with BKRE, and we reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our criteria. If we find that the problem is caused by BKRE, such as a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. If we find that the problem is caused by the customer, such as a change of mind or an incorrect order, the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer. You must ship the product within 3 days of receiving our email. You must also pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
