Shipping Policy

(1) If the delivery address is determined by the freight carrier as a remote area, a certain shipping fee needs to be charged based on the original free shipping or the charged shipping fee.

(2) International Shipping and Customs Duties
Please note that all product prices and shipping fees do not include any applicable import duties, taxes, or tariffs that your country may levy upon arrival. This includes products that are offered with free shipping. The responsibility for paying any import duties or additional charges lies solely with the customer. 

(3) Estimated Delivery Times

Your total delivery time is the sum of the Processing Time and the Transit Time. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak seasons.

(4) Tracking Information

Once your order is marked as fulfilled, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Track your package here: 17track.net 

  • For US Domestic shipments: Tracking is usually available within 24–48 hours.

  • For Global Shipments: Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking information to sync with the international logistics system after your initial shipping confirmation.

  • For Specialized Cargo (Batteries/Parts): Some items require specialized routing and may take longer (5–10 business days) for tracking updates to appear compared to standard accessories. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your products are transported safely.

For your reference, here is the standard trans flow for our global shipments:

         Dispatch to Forwarder ➔ Tracking Generated ➔ Flight Departs ➔ Flight Arrives ➔               Customs Clearance ➔ Local Carrier Pickup ➔ Tracking Updates ➔ Final Delivery                 (Please note: Detailed tracking updates will typically appear after the local carrier                 picks up the parcel from customs.)

(5) Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery, including: 

  • Global & US Domestic: We generally utilize DHL, FedEx, and UPS for standard deliveries.
  • Australian Market: For shipments to Australia, we use DHL, FedEx, and UPS, along with trusted regional partners, including Aramex Australia, TFM Xpress, Direct Freight, and Northline, depending on the item's size and our inventory status.

(6) Unexpected Delays & Exceptions

Due to unforeseen circumstances—including holidays, severe weather, labour strikes, flight delays, customs inspections, supply chain constraints, COVID-19 impacts, or product discontinuations—delivery may be significantly delayed. This is particularly true for parts associated with discontinued products. 

(7) Shipping Protection Insurance Notice

Refundable only before dispatch. Once the item is shipped, the shipping insurance cannot be cancelled or refunded. (We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours.)
