Misplaced the key to your EUNORAU Ebike? Don't fret, we offer tailored solutions for our models. 

Enter the number found on your battery lock. We'll craft a set of keys specifically for your bike. Each order includes two keys.

Buying a replacement battery key isn't the only option; you can also choose to replace the battery base. Please check if the following battery bases are compatible with your ebike.

Where can I find the frame number?

Your bike's serial number might be located in several places. It can also be found on the sticker outside the box in which your bike was delivered.

2.Under the motor (DEFENDER-S/FAT-HS)

3.The back side of the motor (SPECTER-S)

4.The back side of seat tube (D6)

The replacement keys worked but 2 way communication was poor

The replacement keys worked but 2 way communication was poor, after 3 Weeks I had to start email chain as to what's going on. In their favor they actually replied which you don't often see in email only contacts.So 4+ weeks to get replacement keys.
